ORDERING/SHIPPING DETAILS

 

In order to access the products, you will need a custom unique passcode that will be provided to you.  This is different than your user account password used to login.

Note on placing an order:  You may order any quantity of product you like.  Items are poly bagged or boxed in certain quantities for ease of shipping/inventory.  Some items come in sets of 25 or more and will be noted as such.

Below are 2 US Domestic shipping time estimating maps designed to help you determine how many days it will take for your shipment to get from the AWS Fulfillment Center (located in WI) to your event.  The top one is for UPS, the bottom is FedEx.

Please account for weekends and holidays (they're not part of the estimated number of days in the legend). Cut off time for Same Day Shipping is Noon Central Time.

Should you need expedited shipping, let us know when placing your order.  We'll make sure your items arrive in time for the event. 

International Shipments:  Because the shipping template defaults to the USA, you must put in the correct country using the  "Country" drop down.  This will then allow you to enter shipping information specific to that location.  Insure the correct phone number (with country code) is included.  Also include a local contact name. 

Please allow a minimum of 7-10 business days for all International shipments.  This will allow for both transit time and customs.
